abilities;

• the Heat: Bazz can manipulate reishi in the air and turn it into fire. There are five variations of this, which depend on how many fingers he uses for the fire.
• reishi manipulation: as with all Quincies, Bazz is capable of absorbing ambient reishi from the environment and using it to power weapons.
• hirenkyaku: Bazz can gather reishi under his feet and use that to travel distances in very short times, which may seem to an outsider like short-range teleportation.
• Heilig Bogen: by absorbing ambient reishi, Bazz can construct a bow and arrows. Bazz is also shown to be a skilled marksman, both with his bow and with his fire.
• strength and durability: Bazz is hard to hurt. He’s tough, and individuals without power would probably not be able to harm him. Even when injured, his pain tolerance is ridiculously high, shown in multiple of his fights.

Bazz is from an arc in Bleach that deals with themes of genocide, and some vague Nazi allusions. Yeah, it’s a weird part of Bleach. He’s also a guy who will struggle with positive CR, has no qualms with betraying (and yes, even killing) those he calls allies.
